Internet connectivity problems in Juba are nothing new, so I wasn’t surprised when our network was down for a few hours this morning.
However I was slightly surprised to hear, when I asked if it was fixed, that the reason for the downed network was that a rat had died in our office.
Well… That’s a new one.
