PUPPIES SO MANY PUPPIES

Today was absolutely be.a.ut.i.ful.  Picture postcard perfect. Sunny, a few fluffy cotton clouds, and a high of probably 35*C (95*F-ish, far better than the 105*F it was getting to in Feb.) Plus, on top of that, no work as Friday and Monday are public holidays for Easter.

Instead I spent the day playing with puppies. 🙂

A few days ago, Tiger finally brought out one of her pups.  He’s an adorable little fatty that I’ve named Pokey and other guests named Tamun but everyone just sort of calls “the fat one.”  He was probably the first one brought out because he’s so big.

And then last night, the rest came out.  There’s six all together between the two litters.  According to staff, Sally apparently had 4 and Tiger had 3 so Sally must have lost one along the way.  But they’re the cutest little crappers you’ve ever seen.

And I’m totally aware that they’re covered in fleas, worms, and other bugs, but that doesn’t stop me from cuddling the shit out of them. In fact, Pokey had a tick on him today, but one of the other guests cut it off him.

The internet was out in my room this morning, so I went out to the garden where it was working and Pokey slept in my lap for about an hour.

Tasty puppy

It was a really beautiful day.
