Rainy Season, I Miss You

We’re into full fledged dry season now, and while that means that movement is easier around the country, it also means that I’m constantly breathing in dust and burning plastic and garbage here in Juba.

Plus, as is evident from my trip this week to Western Equatoria, everything is much dryer than it was 6 months ago.
